You are invited to our Sourdough Workshop taught by Tara.
Come and learn the basics of sourdough. You’ll see a live demonstration of making a levain, feeding, mixing, shaping, stretching, proofing, etc. Tara will guide you step-by-step through the whole sourdough process. When you understand the basic principles of sourdough baking, you can explore more possibilities on your own.
Two dates to choose from:
Thursday, August 14 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Friday, September 12 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Cost: $42/person, plus $10 for sourdough starter, if desired

Is Sourdough Starter available?
Yes! We’re glad you asked. If you would like to purchase sourdough starter, please include the add-on when registering for the workshop.

Anyone who desires to learn about sourdough bread baking
Prior Year Attendees who need a refresher (Every instructor has a different approach to sourdough, and there is no wrong method.)

Registration is required 48 hours before date of workshop. Non-refundable (unless the class is cancelled) and non-transferable. This workshop will be held inside at our farm. No children and no pets, please.
