The last couple of years, Farmer Caryl has been growing her own ginger. Because of Wisconsin’s colder climate, we only have a minimal amount that we’ve sold. So we went looking for a good quality Fresh Organic Ginger Root, and this is the ginger we found. It is pretty amazing, and we are glad to be able to share it with you!

How to use:
Add fresh to teas and cooking
Ferment it for ginger bug, kombucha, etc. (Use honey to ferment it!)
Pickle it
Dry it for powder
Freeze to use later
There is no need to peel the ginger root if using when fresh.
