Bag of Empire Apples

We consider the Empire apple to be the “looked-over apple.” Why? With so many new varieties on the market, apple eaters have forgotten how good this all-around apple really is.

• Medium sized (but some are large this year)

• Sweet-tart flavor (but more sweet)

• A beautiful red colored apple, with a hint of a purplish blush

• Juicy, with a firm, off-white flesh

• A cross between a McIntosh and Delicious

• Good for eating (think… school lunches!) and cooking. They are a great storage and keeper apple.

And as a reminder, minor imperfections are always present because our apples are only minimally sprayed. Due to 2026 weather and growing conditions, some of our apples have russeting.
