FYI. Dessert Breads freeze very well! Place in a freezer bag or container. Simply thaw and/or re-heat when you are ready to enjoy.

Sweet Breads (aka Focaccia Dolce) are naturally-leavened sourdough and are not gluten free. The Apple Fritter dessert bread contains dairy. Some of the ingredients we use, include the following.

• Non-GMO or organic flours only

• Fruit from BrynTeg Farm

• Organic cane sugars

• Other organic ingredients, as able and available.

Sourdough is ONLY available for pick up on Saturdays (unless special arrangement is made directly with Tara). Submit all sourdough orders for the week by 5:00 pm on Wednesdays.
