Radish Dip

Radish Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese, softened

  • 1 T. lemon juice

  • ¼ tsp. dill weed

  • 1 tsp. salt

  • 1 clove garlic or garlic scapes

  • 1 c. radishes, shredded

  • Microgreens, to garnish

Directions:

In a small bowl, blend together cream cheese, lemon juice, dill weed, salt, and garlic. Add radishes and stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Garnish with microgreens.

Makes approximately 2 cups.
