Farmer Caryl was invited by an elementary school to give a Google classroom microgreen presentation this week. She has been arranging her home office to fill a cart with microgreen trays to show the children. There's also a hands-on component that the teacher has arranged with Farmer Caryl, so that the children can plant and taste the micros.

Just because we're not planting in the ground doesn't mean no greens.
