Bag of Cortland Apples

• Medium to large sized apples (some are very large!).

• Red and green skin (lighter colors in the skin do not determine ripeness).

• Juicy with a white, beautiful flesh that is excellent for salads because it doesn’t brown quickly.

• Sweet with a tart flavor.

• Has a nice crunch.

• Is a cross between a McIntosh apple and a Ben Davis apple.

• Good eating apple when fresh, and a perfect baking apple, always!

This is Caryl’s and Tara’s favorite apple in September (until the IdaRed apples are harvested in October)!

And as a reminder, minor imperfections are always present because our apples are only minimally sprayed. Due to 2026 weather and growing conditions, some of our apples have russeting.
