Bag of EarliGold Apples

Some EarliGold Apple enjoyers actually prefer this apple when it turns "golden." The flavor and texture of the apple then changes to be sweeter and softer. We personally prefer them when they are tart and crunchy, but you are welcome to leave them on your counter to achieve your favorite color, texture, and flavor. 

As a reminder, minor imperfections are always present because our apples are only minimally sprayed.
